Over the years tracker has become worse in its service quality. You pay more for less. The mechanisms which used to be there to assist you have been destroyed by automation and poor service. If you have an emergency and you use their alert button or whatever they have chosen to call it now you are called by a robocall which in the event of an emergency is not useful. I do not recommend anyone to take up products with Tracker. They are quick to advertise additional products but fail in assisting when you need them.
This is by far the worst lender, I do not recommend utilizing their services. I recently received communication that my account was in arreas when i made payment more than my required monthly. I submitted proof of payment and I was told the payment had been app**** and I was still owing. I hate this company with a passion. I will swiftly close my account. I was in contact with Monica who reported my payment had been app**** - bear in mind my instalment is 3500 and i paid 4000. I do not want to see even their shadow
The worst customer service experience, this company treats customers like dirt. I have absolute regret for using this no name finance provider. The customer care line is non existent. They trashed my credit profile and are unreachable to provide reasons for the submissions made to the credit bureau
Poor customer service, numerous attempts to reach customer service on the telephone number and it keeps disconnecting. Incorrect phone number included by third party, after correcting my product was not dispatched.
I've paid for my tax return filing assistance. The taxtim website keeps glitching, I get error codes when requesting my SARS data. A pure waste of money if you ask me. I will not be purchasing any further services from TaxTim
I requested voluntary surrender of a vehicle, it's been 2 months into the process. The vehicle has clearly been sold off on the website but no communication from MQF while my credit profile is trashed. They have very poor customer service and support. You call collections and hold for 3 weeks before an agent with a poor connection responds. I do not advise using this finance house.
The customer service department is so ****. I called to get feedback regarding collections only for them to give the same number that I was on hold on for 15 minutes. I hate this finance company. PLEASE DO NOT ACCEPT FINANCING FROM THEM
I've been waiting for feedback from Marquis Finance collections department for almost a week, I sent an email but no confirmation for receipt. Customer service call centre has been rather poor as well, they are terrible with proving customer feedback and troubleshooting. Just yesterday I had to be on hold for 24 minutes only to talk to customer service agent for 1 minute where they said they'd log my complaint instead of providing feedback during the call, no email correspondence.
The level of incompetence at that company is beyond me, you get emails from their staff and they never acknowledge responses to email or even have the decency to notify you when a staff member is out of office like any other normal company. I submitted a claim 3 weeks ago, the matter should have been finalised this week but my email response has been sitting gathering dust for a week only to be found today. Dealing with TIH has been a nightmare wow.
I don’t ever recall receiving an order before 17:00 from fastway couriers. I’m not sure if it’s affordability but I hate when companies choose them to deliver orders because you’re always stuck waiting for the longest time. My most recent order 16:30 still haven’t received my order, I don’t have a way to contact the courier since the one listed on this area says he’s not out on delivery. Now I’m stuck under house arrest waiting for an order that might arrive at night.
