Sent the document to HL home loans for my prepaid funds. Sent the documents on Thursday. Yes it was the holidays however a full business day passed and today is day 2 and nothing. Called yesterday for the consult to check if the application was captured and her answer was that she does not have access to the mailbox. Totally disappointed in FNB I am even thinking of moving my home loan..this is the 3rd complain regarding home loans

Took the insurance and they did not tell me that once they fit the kilometers reader if I cancel with them I will have to continue paying that company money 36 months..I opted for cancelation and still the debited my acc R1065.48 and blocked the reversal..I WANT MY MONEY. FNB i am not sure if you have turned into a sparza shop bt the service i am getting from homeloans department is unacceptable. 6 "service advisor" all defferent answers this is a joke. Do you take ur staff for refresher training? They can an easy matter due to lack of product knowledge.. Secondly i have went on to the website to request a callback and guess what 72 hours later no callback from homeloans. Tried calling the contact centre the hold time from your staff while these are charged calls. I suggest u get a tollfree number bcz wow..existing client trying my level best to keep with payments in this economy and this is a service i get from you
Fnb is overwhelmed by the support they are getting from people. The dnt even car abt customer seevice.every week i have to fight. 1 customer lost here taking all 4 of my acc..premiere se foot, it is jst a silver card with no meaning. Standard Bank Group make me an offer including my home loan acc these fnb dsnt value their customers period..
