Shocking and inferior service.....still waiting for the mechanic and have had brilliant service in the past.....this is shocking and you are warned ro be careful.not to.pay upfront!!!!! My biggest mistake.
Be very careful as tgw company's Lamdsdiwne management couldn't be bothered about after service care. Hood procedure cars, but no after service care ....just a heads up.
It is unacceptable that management has an unwillingness to bridge the purchase price of a car that has sound engine and new tyres amd a resent full service. Imagine sitting with a purchase of your car while someone eats puts the finger in their mouth etc. Brillantbsales assistance and was ready to buy.....but be aware of inferior service there after in Lansdowne, what a disgrace.
After building up full trust in a growing franchise like Postnet, Kenilworth Centre, Cape Town who have done amazing work over the past while ha e shattered my trust and are arrogant and rude amd u professional. This is the third and very last time I will ever use Postnet as I will.build trust else where. I .shattered and to be honest so confused after they did as they please and that is perceived as my fault. Anyway....use them of you wish but be advised of their poor ability to manage matters with professionalism and yes I walked put say "how useless...."
Good morning Sportsmans Warehouse Management, I will be pursuing a theft action against against the Canal Walk store after I returned three items that were 'refunded' on to my bank card that has not reflected. My refunded receipt I accidentally washed so could not provide this as a reference. This said, from sales on the 26th the electronic records would show income totals for the day as well as show money reversal amounts as well. I was assured I would recieved an email for the refund for Speedo swimming goggles R399 and two skipping ropes R149 each = R298. The items were 'refunded' in this order. The total refunded amount reflected should have been R698 that I have not recieved. I have gone to the branch as of yesterday with no luck. I will be going again this morning as well, but should I leave wothout the refunded amount resloved I will lay a charge of theft at the police station and for R150 for petrol for the drive around costs to resolve this. I am informing you as a courtesy. I am rather concerned that a company can't keep refund records from sales each day?
False adverting and excessive premium and failure to meet their own promotion of R500 'if we can't beat toue current insurance rate'....what a joke.
Last night I was involved in an accident when I had to swerve to avoid the impact of a car on an on ramp unexpectedly. In doing so a car in the right lane hut my car at the back right / passenger side. The Nwtstar device that picks up.bumps.jn the road etc and I am called then was did nor determine t the impact of the accident last night. I was advised that the impact or damage was not detected when ai called this morning....I am in shock as if this was more severe and my family was present potentially no assistance would have been afforded to me.
It is shattering that kore and more staff are jot able to load the special rate amounts for items. Today I paid an extra R29.90 for a special rated item that should have been R110.00. So I paid R139.90....shocking service and inferior management customer care....I will never step into Plumstead, Cape Town Clicks again.
I have a brand new proline V116 itnis about 8 days old....the worst product and utterly a disgrace to technology. Proline should be sued for inferior products....this is a joke actually. Proline of cause don't care itnis easy money for them.
Be very careful of the manipulation and lack of professionalism and service by Fidelity Secure Drive. The lies and *****ulent action here is sadly concerning. PLEASE BE CAREFUL.....
