Full of excuses!

<div>A man of many stories! This was not the first time I had used Kustom Home Furnishings, I had two previous positive experiences, so I was not nervous about using them, but something has changed! Paid a deposit of 60% in early November, for a 2 week turn around on recovering of couches with the cushions that form part of the couch in a complimentary fabric. Eventually after many excuses I received the job mid December but he would not deliver without me completing payment. As I happened to be away he sent photos of the completed base but not of the cushions, claiming that they were already wrapped. On delivery, the cushions were in the wrong fabric, I suspect in something he had already in stock and not the Hertex fabric I paid for. The colours he had made them in clashed horribly and they were the wrong size. So many excuses later the job has still not been resolved and I only have a partially recovered couch.</div>
