Fraudsters ( LEWIS NDOVA)

<p>i was phoning around for quotes for Tar driveways when i finally got a cheap quote of R10 000 from Lewis Ndova from kutama projects based in kempton park, i then accepted his cheap quote and told him that i will call him back as i did not have enough money at the moment, we agreed that he would do the job in july when i have money. He whatsapped me on Thursday the 2nd of June 2016 telling me that he has access Tar and he doesnt want it to go to waste, he said to me he will do the job for R7500 because he will loose money oif the Tar dries out. he then said to me i domnt have to pay now i can pay him in July when i have money all he wants is R2000 for delivery which i paid and then he disappeared. everytime i phoned him he would say he will come and do the job thats when i asked him that isnt the Tar gonna dry anymore? he said it wont. im still waiting for my R2000 to date that this man defrauded me of.</p>
