Very dissapointed with the level of efficieny

I have a terribleexpterience with this law firm, could not even have courtersy to call and explain the fees structure even when they realised the diaogue in understanding how the bank discount s factored in, poor adminsrtation of the transaction. The transaction of the orther law firm processing the sale of my house its super efficient started 2 weeks after KVV and within a month they are ready to lodge while KVV still more than 2 months.
