lack of accountability
1 item missing from my order and Shein claims my order is complete i must investigate with their carrier service provider. No accountability at my expense on the money i've lost

Exceptional service and professionalism
exceptionally excellent service and very efficient, very impressed. The keep a client informed with transparency to the property sale and transfer and registration transaction. i will recmend them for their exceptional service.

Very dissapointed with the level of efficieny
I have a terribleexpterience with this law firm, could not even have courtersy to call and explain the fees structure even when they realised the diaogue in understanding how the bank discount s factored in, poor adminsrtation of the transaction. The transaction of the orther law firm processing the sale of my house its super efficient started 2 weeks after KVV and within a month they are ready to lodge while KVV still more than 2 months.

Failure to refund returned goods by Bathroom Bizzaire
I bought a bathroom basin from Bathroom Bizzaire Centurion on 1 Nov 21 and returned it on 2 Nov 2021 because it was a bit small for the space. Their refund it's done through a Bank card reversal. Todate I haven't received my refund. The bank said they received an instruction for a refund but they never received the money it seems like the instruction was withdrawn. Bathroom Bizzaire is sending me proof of payment only for me to deal it. I'm not getting help from anyone now while my money it's not refunded. When I say I was to go to the shop they say they are a big company they don't cash refunds.

claims rejection
1. The insurance declines 3 separate claims (damages occurred in different dates) with their justification being that they were all processed at once and considered as a single claim. As a result, they will not pay as the amount exceeds their maximum cover. <br> 2. the insurance refuses to consider a new claim if the old damage has not been repaired in the car even if its not the same position.<br> 3. This insurance falls under BMW. BMW has a good reputation but from SMART insurance (cosmetic and care cover)I am not getting value for money which I have already paid for in full.<br> 4. I took this cover because I was advised that it will assist in fixing small scratches and dents in my car.
