Exceptional Service & Follow-Through
I had an excellent experience with Bathroom Bizarre, and in particular with Johnny, the Digital Sales Manager. What I initially thought would be a simple order requiring little consideration, was handled with exceptional care and attention to detail. Johnny’s follow-through was outstanding, and he ensured everything was managed smoothly from start to finish. This level of service did not go unnoticed and is truly appreciated. I would highly recommend Bathroom Bizarre, and especially Johnny, his follow-through was excellent, and the level of service was truly appreciated. Highly recommended

Exceptional Service & Follow-Through
I had an excellent experience with Bathroom Bizarre, and in particular with Johnny, the Digital Sales Manager. What I initially thought would be a simple order requiring little consideration, was handled with exceptional care and attention to detail. Johnny’s follow-through was outstanding, and he ensured everything was managed smoothly from start to finish. This level of service did not go unnoticed and is truly appreciated. Complaint About Poor Quality Products and Service – Bathroom Bizarre Montana
I am extremely disappointed with the products and service I received from Bathroom Bizarre in Montana. I bought a basin with a cabinet from this branch, and within a few months it was already damaged. When I returned it, I was given a replacement that had scratches and drawers that do not close properly. This is completely unacceptable. I also returned a bathtub I bought from them and was given a different size, and I was charged an extra R300 with no explanation or proof that the price was correct. This caused further inconvenience because I had to pay my plumber again. I was told that the replacement cabinet they gave me was the “last one in stock,” leaving me with no choice. To make matters worse, the tap I also bought from the Montana branch is now chipped. This entire experience has been frustrating, costly, and unprofessional. I feel completely let down and cannot recommend Bathroom Bizarre Montana to anyone.

Terrible Service – No Assistance at All
I visited Bathroom Bazaar Strydom Park today to shop for bathroom accessories for two bathrooms. I spent about 20 minutes in the store, which was practically empty (only myself and one other couple). Despite three or four salespeople standing around – one on the phone, another drinking coffee – not a single person bothered to approach me or offer assistance. This level of customer service is unacceptable. If customers are ignored when they actually want to spend money, it says everything about how little the store values them. Very disappointing experience!!

Poor service, workers don’t know what they are doing
I am absolutely FUMING at the service I have received from the Boksburg branch. In October last year I paid for a large order for my new home. I came in and out of the store at least 6 times to make sure everything was correct. We eventually got everything right and I paid for my order. Upon going to install my taps I noticed that the shape of the tap I ordered was wrong. I came in to complain and was told that I was sold the incorrect taps and body’s. No apology, no admission of guilt and very poor service later I have been told that I need to pay extra as I was sold the incorrect taps. I am absolutely fuming. This is absolutely NOT my problem and all I am being told is that they are waiting to hear from their warehouse. I am paying a plumber to sit at my house and do nothing because bathroom bizzarre refuse to admit guilt of selling me the incorrect product

Bathroom Bizarre is really bizarre
ordered tiles on Sept 20 was told they would have order stock for delivery on Oct 02. Paid by eft bank sent confirmation. I called on Oct 2 to arrange collection but they hadn’t ordered them yet! job has been completed except for tiling. They said the tiles would arrive on Oct 20! So I cancelled the order. No-one was particularly concerned, I called head office in Joburg but couldn’t get much further than reception. Now waiting for refund - how long will that take. I had the plumber ready to do the installation - now on hold. So bathroom out of action. Think twice about relying on these idiots!

Great Service from Kirshen in FOURWAYS branch
I recently replaced my entire bathroom with new fixtures from Bathroom Bazaar in Fourways, including a bath, toilet, basin, and accessories. I received excellent service from Kirshen at Bathroom Bazaar. Initially, I purchased a long Sparta tap that turned out to be too long for my basin, but the sales person did not inform me it was going to be too long, leaving me unable to use it for two weeks while I waited for my plumber. I called to speak to the manager Kirshen replaced it without any issues or complaints. I highly recommend Bathroom Bazaar. If you encounter any issues, be sure to speak with Kirshen, the manager, rather than the salesperson.
