Do not, i repeat, do NOT buy the "oak" bathroom units from this place. I've been using my unit for only 3 weeks and in the first week the wood had already started to swell and split. Even on the vanity unit, I only put my toothbrush on it and already its splitting on the edges. If you raise it with them, you will get the standard, "it's difficult to say because you could of damaged it yourself with too much water". What kind of bathroom unit cant even handle the droplets off of a toothbrush. It's a bathroom! Bathrooms are wet!
Maybe Sean Nourse needs to be fired for allowing MWEB to be one of the most useless customer service companies I have ever had to deal with. I receive an sms stating i must pay or return the router, which im currently using with them! Then when i try to resolve it with their pathetic chat service, I get rude responses and then cut off!! There isn't unfortunately a number lower than 1 to give MWEB. You should clear all the trash out, including you Sean Nourse, and start fresh
I placed an order 31st July, paid my activation promo fee. Was told delivery would happen 3-5 days, still no delivery, only to find out my order has been cancelled!
where do i begin. i bought a street rod cash, didnt receive a call to say thank you and congratulations, or to explain to me what the next process in the deal would be. once my money was paid, it was all downhill from there. false commitments, zero feedback, i had to constantly call for an update on the delivery of my bike. i also had to phone to ask what the next steps are after providing my documentation . i had to keep resigning the same documents, even after ive already paid. from there on, i would get dates to commit on the delivery of my bike. when the day arrived, the bike was not delivered. i had to phone again, to what kept feeling like talking to an annoyed sales person asking why the delivery had not been made. i would get a new date on delivery, and again, no delivery. after asking time and time again to please provide me with an exact date so i can stop losing out on my own personal days to be somewhere else. i was always feeling hesitant to phone because i ended up feeling like a niusance to this company. on the day of delivery, i got a phone call at midnight, asking if my bike could be dropped off, which was ludicrous, then to found out the next morning, the driver was out drinking with my bike on the trailer. when i blew up at this i got told by the rep that i should not talk to him the way i did, and that i dont know him. after the air cleared, apologies were made by both of us. when the driver eventually came, only half the order was delivered. i got no helmet, no paperwork, and a dirty bike as there was zero covering. i was again promised that my helmet and docs would be delivered on tues/wed, again i phone and ask whats happening as my delivery was not made. i got promised saturday it would happen. i left my holiday in plett early to make it here on time so i could get my delivery, still nothing, and no phone call, once again, explaining why it hadnt been delivered. this whole entire deal has left me with nothing but dissapointment. to have saved all this money for something that was meant to be my pride and joy, has left me feeling ripped, and depressed, and not one of the harley family. i dont feel welcome in this group, and am extremely dissapointed that this is how i was treated as a new harley member. i feel nothing but sheer dissapointment, and i truly hope that this message gets out there, and that things will change. truly truly saddened by this.
I have switched over from telkom to afrihost and have cancelled my telkom line. 2 months later i am still being billed. i have followed the process, received the confirmation that telkom has confirmed receipt of my cancellation, and i have spoken to an online agent who says will take care of it. i have contacted the agent 2 more times about this and i have gotten no response. i wont pay again for a 3 rd time for an account i have cancelled.
<p>I am very very impressed by the service i have received, you hear people complaining about telkom, but i had the complete opposite with them. Right from my sales order down to the installation, everyone involved was extremeley helpful and professional, and the turnaround time was fantastic! keep up the good work!</p>
