I am extremely disappointed with the products and service I received from Bathroom Bizarre in Montana. I bought a basin with a cabinet from this branch, and within a few months it was already damaged. When I returned it, I was given a replacement that had scratches and drawers that do not close properly. This is completely unacceptable. I also returned a bathtub I bought from them and was given a different size, and I was charged an extra R300 with no explanation or proof that the price was correct. This caused further inconvenience because I had to pay my plumber again. I was told that the replacement cabinet they gave me was the “last one in stock,” leaving me with no choice. To make matters worse, the tap I also bought from the Montana branch is now chipped. This entire experience has been frustrating, costly, and unprofessional. I feel completely let down and cannot recommend Bathroom Bizarre Montana to anyone.
The worst thing that has ever happened to me. This useless thing is expensive and their reading is inaccurate. This service provider is killing my pockets I really don’t know why cosmopolitan is using it.Their service is extremely poor.I don’t switch in my geyser and I cook with gas stove but yoh I am seeing flames.
I am highly disappointed with the service I received from Builders Wonderboom and Builders Montana branches. I feel compelled to share my experience after wasting my time, money, and fuel due to false information provided by their staff not once, but twice. First, I visited the Montana branch to purchase a toilet advertised for R1999. I was told it was out of stock, but they referred me to Wonderboom Express, claiming it was available there. I drove all the way there, only to be told the item was not in stock. That was a complete waste of time and petrol. If that wasn’t enough, I later called the Wonderboom branch to ask if they had black aluminium strips in stock. I was told they had them, so I drove there again only to be told upon arrival that they were not available. Another pointless trip and more petrol wasted. What’s worse is the attitude of the staff—as if these mix-ups are a joke. There was no apology, no urgency, no accountability. I am appalled by the lack of professionalism and communication from what is supposed to be a trusted brand. This level of service is completely unacceptable. I expect to be taken seriously as a paying customer and for Builders to ensure that their staff provide accurate information. I hope this complaint will lead to some form of internal review or corrective action.
I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at the Kolonnade store. The sales staff displayed a classist attitude.The level of customer service was unacceptable—I felt unwelcome and disrespected.
On April 16th, 2025, I placed a cash order. The food was delivered, and I paid the driver in full upon delivery. However, on April 22nd, the same amount was deducted from my bank account for the same order. When I contacted the driver, he was dismissive and stated that I could report him, as he didn’t care. I am requesting an immediate refund, as I have effectively paid twice for a single order. This situation is unacceptable, and such behavior from your drivers raises serious concerns
I visited the Pretoria branch and was required to pay a deposit before receiving any actual services. Upon arrival, I was told that I was 12 weeks pregnant — which is false. I was then advised to book another appointment for a surgical termination, which would cost around R8,000. I was ****med out of R1,800 as no service was rendered. Why are we required to pay upfront, only to be told we need to pay even more later? This feels like a money-making scheme that takes advantage of vulnerable women. It is unacceptable and *********.

Sterns wonderboom junction is the pits.Went there to purchase a watch but then I was not given any customer service therefore I ended up not buying.The workers there are classists.
I am seriously not happy with momentum myriad.I have asked for my debit order details to be changed.I have sent a hand written letter,bank confirmation letter and id cop which was requested for but I haven’t received any confirmation that my banking details have been updated.I sense that you want my life cover to lapse because of missed payments.
