Occupation of the property

Good day

My name is Minah, I have a very serious issues that I need you guys to resolve urgently. I bought a property and I was assisted by your company, your estate agent by the name of Abram Mudau, from the Polokwane branch. The transferring of the property was done and my bank released money, but I still don’t have keys nor access to the house that I bought, I don’t know the sellers but it’s your company that knows them including the sales agent. Can I please get keys to my property and access to occupy my house? Because I can't be paying for a house that I don't have access to.
