We use this facility on a fairly regular basis. Today, 27DEC25, we used this facility again to request a Wash and Vac. The customer service has deteriorated over the last couple years. In the beginning upon arrival at the wash bay, one was met and all details and inspection were carried out. Then it went to a customer having to step into the office, for the vehicle inspection and details. Today, although I was observed standing by the vehicle and no-one meeting me, for me to step into the office. Where I was asked for a contact number and what would be required. No name requested. Was then advised cost and time it would take - 2.5hrs and that a SMS would be sent when ready. The vehicle arrived at 09h40, SMS was sent at 12h15. I took my keys and paid, went to the vehicle and noticed rite off the bonnet was not properly attended too. Even the Roll-Deck. This was obvious, even in the artificial lighting. Took the vehicle home and inspected again. Only to find that no proper care was taken in the cleaning of this vehicle. The bonnet not only still had the dirt marks but also still had the paint splatter. The grill and bumper were also not attended too properly. The Roll-Deck shows that it was wiped from 2 sides, leaving a section in the top middle unwiped. This is all very disappointing and makes one wonder if Kwik-Fit really cares about s it's serviced OR is just a means to an end.

I have a 1800 utility Chevrolet. Its in mint condition. We took it in for an oil change and replacement of the clutch and skimming of the flywheel. It is so clear that a bad job was done, now my gearbox is giving issues, something was loose, and my gears is not properly working. i am being treated like i am not a paying customer. And no admission of fault from their side. How can you install a new clutch, and something is loose and the gears cant go in properly. i am sorry, but this, is not right.

I have a 1800 utility Chevrolet. Its in mint condition. We took it in for an oil change and replacement of the clutch and skimming of the flywheel. It is so clear that a bad job was done, now my gearbox is giving issues, something was loose, and my gears is not properly working. i am being treated like i am not a paying customer. And no admission of fault from their side. How can you install a new clutch, and something is loose and the gears cant go in properly. i am sorry, but this, is not right.

The entire team at KwikFit Tyre Fitment Centre make you feel like a good friend. They gave me friendly, prompt and efficient service and excellent advice regarding the best choice of tyres for my vehicle. Prices were also cheaper than competitors.I find them to be one of the best tyre shops around. Workshop is reasonably clean. You can get advice for the size and type of tyres for your car, balancing, wheel alignment and battery check ups done at the centre. The prices are quite affordable when compared to some competitors and they are able to order parts and tyre on request. They have always exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend giving KwikFit Tyre & Fitment Centre a visit, for all car related queries.

They will sell you a Battery even if there is nothing wrong with your old Battery...I went to Kwik Fit Lenasia and told them my battery is running down can they check if the battery needs replacing the Manager asked the person to test the battery he advised Battery is dead, did not tell me i must charge it first and then he can test it just said i must buy new battery. Extremely Bad Service from them, made me waste R1000 + Went back and Manager was trying to blame me.

Spar District six in woodstock,is so small can't even work nicely more special if we pack the customers grocery and when we double scan an item is a problem the supervisor complain The till are very close I work long hours on weekends and doesn't even count as over time and pay for a transport that I don't know how much is gonna charge. Workers are been threatened to get warning or fired when they leave coins on a cash up money.weare as they are working late sometimes is quite and sometimes you can find out there is no way can give away those coins if they're already opened. They said cashiers are very slow when working and keeping a line long eg. voiding and item is is exchange or double scanned or price is in correct but only one supervisor working per shift and sometimes we as cashiers struggle to get help coz a supervisor is not around busy packing doing a merchander's work packing.a supervisor can annoyed when calling them every time for help.

I took my car a Range Rover evogue Petrol for a minor service and wheelbearing change.that took three days because they ordered a gasket for the manifolds and turbogasket. They charged me R 11 000 for the job.I paid, however my car had a sudden oil leak, the car would not drive, it started misfiring and cutting off while driving and they said it's not their fault. I was told to take it next door where they would fix it. I refused and told them it's their cost.they tried something on my car I drove the car I eventually got stuck 200km away from them .the car had no issues prior to them working on the car.They insist its an old problem which I deny as the truth, I now want them to resolve this matter as soon as possible.I am stuck very far from home now

Went to Kwik-fit mitchells plain for aligment and wheel balancing. R300 combo deal. Tech calls me, Chambers needs a justment. Me being trusting and planning our holiday where I will be towing a trailer I thougth it best to do it. R500 extra for the 2 mins extra time spent. As I leave I noted i didn't recieve the printout of the aligment and requested it. And guess what! There was nothing wrong with the Chambers!...thiefs!!!....I challenged them and they then gave me some **** and bull story and I ended up only paying the R300.
