Shocking service from KWV

I lodged a complaint for a bottle of brandy purchased more than 2 months back that seems to be off. One lady contacted me and I gave her the info but that was the end of any contact. I subsequently relodged the complaint last week and to date nothing!!!!! so here I am!!!!
