Poor service from SMEG
I sent in a kettle that has a bubble under the white coating and it has discoloured - only 3 years old. I was told they would give a R2500 trade in and that I could buy a new one for R3000 once the trade in was deducted. I will NOT do this as it is a manufacturing defect and find it very offensive. Extremely adamant and unhelpful. Lost a loyal customer!!!0 replies

Useless Woolworths mots
Mall of the south Woolworths is beyond useless. Month end - lunch time and 3 cashiers open in the food section. I call a manager and he sends everyone to the clothes section to pay. It is always like this and I think I will look for more customer orientated stores. Oh I did try to phone but no answer. Useless useless useless0 replies

Awful experience
It was an awful experience and I will never deal with Weelee again. Firstly I had to drive to the other side of Pretoria, Secondly I waited so long for payment and had to leave and only receive it later that afternoon. Never again1 reply

Tracker emergency help line - usess
I called the tracker emergency help line as our GM was in a serious accident and needed urgent medical assistance. I was on hold for 5 minutes, the my call was answered and eventually after being transferred got cut off. Very poor experience.0 replies

Shocking service from KWV
I lodged a complaint for a bottle of brandy purchased more than 2 months back that seems to be off. One lady contacted me and I gave her the info but that was the end of any contact. I subsequently relodged the complaint last week and to date nothing!!!!! so here I am!!!!0 replies
