We placed an order on the first of June 2020. We haven't received our order. There is a notification on their website that they have backlog of orders, but no communication towards their customers. We are extremely unhappy about the service received from KWV Emporium. We sent out emails to follow up regarding our order, but have only received automatic replies and nothing more. No information is provided regarding orders. This is unacceptable and unprofessional!
We do understand that the pandemic has an impact , but their is other companies who took the necessary precaution for these times and their backlog of orders.
They could have handled this better!
