Car Broke down after 117km

We paid for a second hand car from KZN Motors which we were told had just been serviced and everything was in good working order. Drove it 117km and 2 days later and it broke down because of a snapped cam belt.

KZN Motors refuse to repair or have the vehicle returned to them for a refund. It has taken 5 months for the outcome with Miosa who ruled in our favour. KZN Motors say they dont accept Miosa outcome so now has to go to court which could take another 5 months:(
