Good morning...
I am a completely unsatisfied customer where I have to pay to renew the items/ components that your technicians have fitted for an alarm system.
I paid R450 for a battery (no receipt of it being new or used) including a call out fee of R150. This came to R600 which I've paid for.
At the beginning of March everything even the digital panel went and is still off. Their technicians came and told me that the transformer is burned out. This is now going to cost me R350 (transformer) excluding another call out fee of R150 which adds up to R500.
I run a small tuck shop from a council owned flat and am unable to make any further payments except for the monthly service fee that im charged on the 1st of each month.
KZN SECURITY NEEDS TO UNDERSTAND AND CHECK OUT THEIR CLIENTS BACKGROUND BEFORE CHARGING THEM (I in this case).
I am really struggling financially but still keeping their service in order to support them.
