Unprofessional management
Kzn Vip Protection is extremely disappointing. They hire unskilled drivers, refuse to take responsibility for accidents, and their management is unresponsive. Despite promises to repair damages, nothing happens. Very poor service from a company meant to protect citizens.

Kzn Vip Protection is extremely disappointing. They hire unskilled drivers, refuse to take responsibility for accidents, and their management is unresponsive. Despite promises to repair damages, nothing happens. Very poor service from a company meant to protect citizens.

No Security Comes even a centimeter close to your service.
I recall posting a negative review just over a month back. I was amazed that within a few minutes a humble, sincere gentleman by the name of Muhammed had called me and resolved the issue (the complaint). KZN VIP had never let me down in service. Always there when needed. I call at between 3 & 4 for an escort to stand on guard whilst I perform my Tahajud Salah and they guard and wait until I'm done. I'm extremely pleased with your service and the 5 stars should infact be 10 stars. Keep up the good work at your most reasonable price. I love you guys..❤️..

I found out that they already invoiced me for the month of March. Their was no service for this month.
Good morning... I am a completely unsatisfied customer where I have to pay to renew the items/ components that your technicians have fitted for an alarm system. I paid R450 for a battery (no receipt of it being new or used) including a call out fee of R150. This came to R600 which I've paid for. At the beginning of March everything even the digital panel went and is still off. Their technicians came and told me that the transformer is burned out. This is now going to cost me R350 (transformer) excluding another call out fee of R150 which adds up to R500. I run a small tuck shop from a council owned flat and am unable to make any further payments except for the monthly service fee that im charged on the 1st of each month. KZN SECURITY NEEDS TO UNDERSTAND AND CHECK OUT THEIR CLIENTS BACKGROUND BEFORE CHARGING THEM (I in this case). I am really struggling financially but still keeping their service in order to support them. Lots of LOVE... REEZQ..

KZN VIP PROTECTION Frustrated Client!!!!!!
I’ve never experienced such don’t care attitude, KZN VIP is supposedly for safety and security. However the reaction time to house ******ies and break-in is ****!!!!!! Alter **** !!!!!! The alarm went off, about 2 mins after alarm has been going off they call, mom picks up the phone and says these people the yard. It was at this point where the call agent was suppose to instruct help because they already have our location… instead they are questioning mom, at some point mom says we scared but they further questioned mom ,mom ended up dropping the call see that this is unless…. Despite us being scared we had to step out side our self’s. To check if the people are still in the yard or not and if they took anything. It was only 10 mins later that the patrolling agent slowly reversed to our driveway when we’re going back to bed!!!! So not my question is what’s the point!!!!! If I can do security myself why do we need KZN VIP!!!! They enjoy driving around we these branded car but when it’s time to actually do what they paid for it’s a useless attempt!!!!!

KZN VIP PROTECTION A BUNCH OF WOMANIZERS
Montclair Shoprite recently decided to add KZN VIP Protection onto their premises I think because of recent break ins and stuff, Good for them! However we recently had an issue with some of the armed guys who were in the parking. Parking was full is was the Easter weekend, on the 15/04. We get to Shoprite and in one of the parkings the security double parked on 2 lanes and we asked that they straighten their vehicles so we can also have a parking spot. They said the vehicle won't fit in the parking - which isn't true.. We waited(with no alternative parking because they were full) until they said they'll move but they just doing us a favor. My sister who was with her girl child responded that we usually park inside this parking lot and that area parks 2 vehicles, even the next person could've asked you to park in 1 lane. How is straighten your vehicle a favor towards us ? I guess we weren't supposed to question them at all. The Indian guy in the passenger seat and the light skinned black guy who was in the driver's seat instinctively started hurling threats and insults on how its not our yard we should be grateful and alot of derogatory terms in Vernac from the black guy live in the parking lot in broad daylight!! If any of this is ever questioned- please request footage from Shoprite Montclair - 15/04/2022 at around 11:30 - 11:45. 2 females and a girl child being threatened by 2x armed men supposedly there to guard the area! Wouldn't recommend them!
