I recall posting a negative review just over a month back. I was amazed that within a few minutes a humble, sincere gentleman by the name of Muhammed had called me and resolved the issue (the complaint). KZN VIP had never let me down in service. Always there when needed. I call at between 3 & 4 for an escort to stand on guard whilst I perform my Tahajud Salah and they guard and wait until I'm done.
