Review Warning: Beware of Unresponsive Management at The Oaks, Retreat

I have been trying to resolve a persistent noise complaint at The Oaks, Retreat complex through the Body Corporate and their managing agents, L & V Property Services. Despite multiple emails over an extended period, my concerns have been completely ignored—no acknowledgements, no updates, no action.

As residents, we expect the management to enforce the complex’s rules fairly and promptly to maintain a peaceful living environment. Unfortunately, L & V Property Services have shown a disappointing lack of professionalism and responsiveness.

If you are considering moving here or dealing with this company, be warned: they may not take your legitimate concerns seriously or provide timely assistance. I am now forced to escalate this issue to the Community Schemes Ombud Service due to their continued silence.
