Review Warning: Beware of Unresponsive Management at The Oaks, Retreat I have been trying to resolve a persistent noise complaint at The Oaks, Retreat complex through the Body Corporate and their managing agents, L & V Property Services. Despite multiple emails over an extended period, my concerns have been completely ignored—no acknowledgements, no updates, no action. As residents, we expect the management to enforce the complex’s rules fairly and promptly to maintain a peaceful living environment. Unfortunately, L & V Property Services have shown a disappointing lack of professionalism and responsiveness. If you are considering moving here or dealing with this company, be warned: they may not take your legitimate concerns seriously or provide timely assistance. I am now forced to escalate this issue to the Community Schemes Ombud Service due to their continued silence. Proceed with caution.

If I could give this school a zero, I truly would. Warning to Parents – Think Twice Before Enrolling Your Child at This School, rather choose an alternative online school. BUT STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCHOOL, YOU THANK ME LATER BECAUSE IM SURE THAT THE SCHOOL IS SOLELY OPERATED BY AI for the responses, I've received. As a parent of a currently withdrawn matric learner from UCT Online High schools, I feel compelled to share our deeply disappointing experience with this school. My child failed Term 1 not because of academic struggles, but due to a zero mark given for a so-called "proctoring-related sanction" during an online assessment. There was no clear evidence presented, no proper explanation, and zero support from the school in trying to resolve the issue. Instead of engaging with us as concerned parents trying to protect our child’s future, the school coldly redirected us to a faceless "irregularity appeals process" and refused to review or even discuss the situation further. Their grading team washed their hands of it completely. To make matters worse, the “support coach” assigned to help learners was completely useless and unresponsive. At a time when learners are under immense pressure, especially in matric, the lack of empathy, accountability, and proper communication from this institution is shocking and unacceptable. If you're a parent considering enrolling your child here, please be warned: the systems in place prioritize procedures over people, and when problems arise, you and your child may be left to face them alone. Education is not just about marks—it’s about care, support, and fairness. Sadly, this school falls short on all three.

Wonderful
I visited Dr. Kathan’s surgery in Grassy Park today and want to express my gratitude to Dr. Schutte for always assisting with such empathy and understanding. Dr. Schutte truly listens to your concerns before examining you, ensuring a thorough check before providing a diagnosis. Whenever I visit the surgery, I always request Dr. Schutte because I know he takes the time to listen and provide careful, thoughtful care. He is an incredible doctor, and if you visit Dr. Kathan’s surgery, I highly recommend asking for Dr. Schutte—he’s amazing!

Waiting time
I just received my kids' books, and I truly appreciate that they arrived in perfect condition, neatly packed with no damage. I understand that the delay was due to suppliers being out of stock and the need to source the books, and I apologize if my frustration was misplaced. However, I do want to kindly suggest that when delays are possible, the estimated delivery timeframe should be communicated more accurately. The initial expectation of one week led to disappointment when the books didn’t arrive as anticipated. A more realistic timeframe or proactive updates on delays would help manage customer expectations better. Thank you again for the books and for your efforts in fulfilling the order despite the challenges. I appreciate your service.

Guys this company is not legit, they are a bunch of ****mers, I came to realize this, I placed an order in Jan 2025 and the sales team sent an email to stay the order will be delivered by the 03/02/2025. It's now a week later from the delivery date and a month later from the ordered date. ITS REALLY SAD , that copies ****mers like this wake up in the morning, looking for their next target. I have reached out to Googles ***** department to see if they can do anything about the website, as these people are non-responsive.it is what it is but I will be making sure that the website is not on Google so they don't have time ro **** new people

The overall experience has been great, and the support team is always ready to assist. However, one area for improvement is ensuring that all answer sheets are successfully uploaded after students submit their question papers. We've noticed that even if the app indicates a successful upload, it doesn't always mean the upload was completed. There should be measures in place to allow students to resubmit their answer sheets if the app fails, as losing marks due to technical issues is unfair.
