I ordered three Grade 8 books on 10 February. After a week without any communication, I emailed them and they told me they were still waiting for stock. This continued for some time, so I decided to request a refund. They asked me to send my bank details and said they would process the refund within 5–7 days. Several days passed without any communication. I emailed them again and received a response saying their website had been down, but they would still process the refund. In the meantime, I ordered the same books from Van Schaik Bookshop and my order was delivered within a few days. Now it has been a full month and they are no longer responding to my emails.

I ordered three Grade 8 books on 10 February. After a week without any communication, I emailed them and they told me they were still waiting for stock. I ordered books end of Jan an it was said my delivery will be on the 4th of February an they sent emails in the 15th that the books will be out asked for refund cause I already bought the books elsewhere an they promised to refund me within 48/72 hours month later I haven’t received anything

Ordered books at the start of February. Delivery date came and went. It is now about a month later and I have only received excuses about no stock from the supplier. Nowhere did they indicate that they don't have stock and that there will be a waiting period. The books I bought were removed from the website, then the website went down, and now it is back again, advertising that those same books are available at a discount. I don't believe they have the stock they advertise. Please don't buy from them - especially of you are buying school books. You will be forced to buy from another supplier if you don't want your children to fall behind.

I must admit, I started seeing post of ****s from this place where people didn't get their orders. I have ordered, my delivery date was the 9th, and I tried phoning and emailed... no response (phone was not ringing) I received an email from them about their website that was off and my order will be sent when website is back on. And yesterday I got a tracking number, and my book was delivered today. Thank you. Please just look at communication with clients. That is the most important key to any business.

After going to several known shops and not getting the books I was looking for, I decided to go online and Above Books was first to appear with all the 3 grade 2 books I wanted. I placed an order on the 18th Jan and paid the response I received was the books will be delivered between 22nd to 26th Jan. I waited the ETA dates passed, I panicked then I went to check reviews of Above Books, I almost got a stroke level 2 as they were all negative, tried to contact them the phone went tu tu tu ..... I took a bath with cold water and accepted my R430 was gone. I decided to look for other shops far from where I stay that sells similar books and luckily found the books for my son. Today is the 16th Feb, Above Books decided to deliver all three books, it's late but hopefully I'll get some of my money by selling them. My openion is Above Books should improve on accurate information and answer their calls.
