LA PERNA: Where the elderly are invited to eat (rubbish) for free

Most disgusting experience today when La Perna offered us old, cold, dry and stale food "for free" after we waited 90 min for our orders. Needless to say, that was when we left the venue. We should have expected this when they required my 82 yr old mom earlier this week to book a table in person. We thought that we would start my mom's birthday here, and then moved on to a surprise experience, but due to the delay, we missed the rest. And all of this while they target persioners in their promotions.
