Product and Treatment
I bought Mela B serum from la Roche , the product made my skin black and too dry but I states that it’s suitable for sensitive skin, I spoke to la Roche Dermatologist she was very rude and demanding me to accept what ever she is telling me, I’m not happy about the treatment I got from them when I was telling them about my frustration

Bought La Roche Posay from Dis-Chem online when they were on sale. Received an email offering me the option to get a refund or wait until the product is in stock & I selected the option to wait. Later received an email to collect my order only to find that some products will not be delivered. My funds will not be refunded either. I can only use my funds as a credit to purchase something else from the store.

Bought La Roche Posay from Dis-Chem online when they were on sale. Received an email offering me the option to get a refund or wait until the product is in stock & I selected the option to wait. Later received an email to collect my order only to find that some products will not be delivered. My funds will not be refunded either. La Roche Posay unfair to customers
We as the customers of Upington Nothern Cape are being treated unfairly by La Roche Posay we buy their products but yet our Dischem store never has samples.. How are gonna test other products if we are not given samples?? This is infringement on our consumer rights..

Terrible service for an international product.
I purchased 2 products of their brand last week Wednesday 6/09/2023. The products are the Niacinamide and the ***mentclar SPF 30. A day later I had a severe facial breakout. I had sent the company facebook messages and e mails. On Facebook they did ask for contact details, yet have still not been in contact. My messages were simple, I was only querying if the break out on my face was part of the renewal process. I made no blame or caused any issues. I had just needed feedback on whether to continue using the product or to stop. I had sent messages and pictures all weekend of my face and asking for feedback. I have still had no response. I have all pictures and screenshots of the messages I had sent.

ZERO AFTER SALE SERVICE
Despite trying every avenue available to me, sending an email via the website, going into the store where I bought the product and asking the rep to contact me, sending a message via instagram in depseration as no other means of contacting this company. All I received was an auto reply asking me to review their service. I have had a reaction to two of their products and I was looking for some assistance. To date no response to any attempt. Pathetic after sale care and in an industry where customer feedback I would have thought was imperative.
