This company gives different prices on all their platforms and and to their different spa's selling their products, they have no national price line in retail outlets and the brand sells their range on their own SA website for lower than what their skin outlet pays.
Over and above the miss-conduct; their outlets are not helpful when it comes to complaints, "I have bought in a Spa in Atlantic Seaboard". The products did absolutely nothing for my skin after I bought the whole range. Once I started feeling cheated by their actions and price differences I saw so many spelling mistakes on the Derca website and on the products I bought. They are pretending to be such a professional company but left everything questionable.
This situation is so difficult to gasp as you as the retail outlet charges tripple the price than the brand's own online shop. Makes you wonder what are really in those products when you see what they charge for them online. How must the outlets make money, do they even know this? Daylight robery !!!!

First let me start by apologizing, please accept my deepest and honest apology as this is not our normal business practice and pains me that you have experienced this with out brand.
I, Lurinda Swanepoel, Somatologist and president of the brand DERCA have been practicing and been in business for 7 years and would like to just breakdown your complaint so that I know I address all your concerns.
We have 5 online stores and a few outlets selling our brand, and I assure you that we have 1 universal price and that if there is an outlet taking advance of our customers and brand they will be reliable for the damages and blacklisted from our platform. Here is our online store. 1. www.dercarange.com - this is our own online store and the correct price the products are selling for, 2. www.bestbeautybuys.co.za - same price as our store, 3. www.dermarolleronlinestore.co.za - same price as our store. 4.www.hozishop.co.za - same price as our store and 5. Takealot.com - the price is more because the courier is worked into the price. This is why I am very glad you have shown me the complaint so that I can immediately address this as we have no tolerance for our stockist presenting our brand in a bad light.
Thank you for trying our products, please tell me what products you have bought so that I can see if its been prescribed correctly for your skin. All our clients love our products, the feel and result they have gotten from our products. Regarding the spelling mistakes this is totally unacceptable and I don't tolerate this, I will be dealing with out website developers and design team and make sure I scrutinize everything from now on as this is my fault for even allowing this to happen, and again I apologies for this as we do pride our self in being professional and always deliver customer satisfactions.
I would also like to show you more information on our brand as all our ingredients are of top quality and high percentage but yet at a very affordable price, this is why I am very angry that a company has taken advantage of you and us and causing our company a bad reputation.
