I've purchased a hyperli voucher for a buffet dinner for 2 in November.
I have emailed, sms'd and phoned a lady named marcia to confirm reservations.
She then said i could come through. Whilst on my way, She then sent me a message to say i can't come because i haven't made a reservation and also due to catering purposes they won't be able to accommodate us.
I then emailed her my hyperli voucher and she said she would redeem it and it would be fine to come this weekend.
I am aware that with these places, you need to confirm reservations due to catering purposes. I've been trying to confirm my reservation since yesterday. I've emailed, texted, called all the numbers required to make a reservation and even sent a message on Facebook.
I've got no response!
This is upsetting because it is my last weekend in durban and i wanted to experience this so-called "amazing" restaurant before i relocate.
It would be nice if u could refund me for my voucher since i could not make a reservation!
Your booking management if very poor, i would rate it a minus zero if i could.
