Appalling after sales service!!!! Totally unprofessional!

I ordered from this company since December. I haven’t received the product. The after sales service is unprofessional. They haven’t contacted me and brushed me off by blaming the post office. I sent an email to post office with the reference ********** 1 they provided me and tracking number RC ********** 97ZA and now I received an email that this has been collected in Gillits. Between this company and post office, I am shocked by the level of service that they provide. How can you ignore a mother who ordered from your company? Are you not supposed to at least be role models when you are catering for schools and kids??!! What has happen to professionalism???
