No wonder this company has a lot of complaints. There process is so ******* and inhumane. The lady handling this is the most unprofessional. No phone nor work ethic. Totally appalling. Does the legal system knows that this establishment charge a non refundable placement fee for R1500!!! On top of that they hold your deposit. Release my deposit! This is *****ing. I can only imagine all the ill thoughts given to this lady.
Runway is the best!!! Not only are the prices amazingly good, the delivery is fast and efficient. The customer care support is exceptional!!! I’ve bought from Runway hundreds of items literally since 2020!! Never disappoint me. You rock, Runway! Continue doing what you do!
I have been having numerous issues with my Woolworths Credit Card and no one seems to know how to help at all! I’ve contacted the call centre multiple of times!!!! My app is still not working. I cannot ever use my card. I got a secondary card for my daughter and first time she used it and watched her punch the right pin and it was blocked!!! What is going on Woolworths???!!! I am so disappointed. The most unprofessional service that I have ever experienced.

Even when she was sick, she went far and beyond to give me an update. She is a credit to Vodacom and you should know that you have a gem in your company. My husband passed away due to unnatural causes. He had a contract with Vodacom for over 25 years!!!! Vodacom wants to penalise a deceased client and their grieving family for canceling a contract. Where is your heart???? This contract is asked to be canceled as my husband passed away. All the documents have been provided to you. We have paid you and you have made money on my husband’s account and number for the last 25 years!!!! And you want to penalise us, his surviving wife and surviving daughter because he cannot continue with his contract?! Over R29,000!!!! Have you got no heart?! I am a single Mom now with the breadwinner passing due to an accident. And you want us to pay that amount to cancel the contract???!!! This is just unthinkable.
Our account was frozen with very short notice. My husband was overseas and couldn’t do anything about it. Eventually, we submitted all required documents and mad countless of calls to the number provided and made promises that account will be unfrozen. FNB is pathetic. They don’t care if you have money for food or petrol or to pay your bills. Their service was so unprofessional. For over 3 days out account is still frozen even with promises that it will be active within 2 hours. We have to pay bills and yet they are so pathetic to help and understand. You just lost a client, FNB.

Between this company and post office, I am shocked by the level of service that they provide. How can you ignore a mother who ordered from your company? Are you not supposed to at least be role models when you are catering for schools and kids??!! What has happen to professionalism???

Upon first day of rental, I had to make R1200 deposit. I used my Chase US credit card. The car has. Even returned a week after and it's almost 2 months and AVIS still hasn't refunded me the deposit. Chase has already charged me the fee!</p> <p>The very worst part is I've phoned AVIS a few times already and they haven't come back to me. I had a missed call once and yet they haven't bothered to call me back again. I was then admitted to hospital for a spinal operation and just found out again that Chase has already charged me the fee! Their customer service is truly pathetic. I phoned them and you get transferred a couple of times! Then when you speak to their agents, they sounded like they don't have a clue! You give them time to come to me with valid infortmation but they don't come back to you. I am very appalled for an international company like AVIS. I would think their customer service is also world class! A real disappointment.</p>
Good day, <br> I signed up with Virgin Active Fichardt Park on the last week of January. I was still having second thoughts due to the monthly installments but the guy who assisted me convinced me to sign up then as they have a promotion that my daughter will be free for a year. Although, she will hardly go, I thought this is a nice incentive and so I sign up. <br> <br> And of course I was shocked when they started debiting for my daughter's fee for February. I emailed Virgin Active with regards to this matter. I received a response on the. 11th of Feb and then nothing. Come March and again they debited my husband's account. I emailed them again as nobody has given me any feedback and the manager said they are busy investigating this issue. This is almost a month! And they don't even give you any feedback. Really bad service. <br> <br> This is such a lame service from a company who I thought was organized and professional. A real disappointment.
