Labour matters

Hi can you please help me out,my father was working at Primer mine,his ID5003205512089 name K David Sello fro long time ago,then I didn't know his been retrenched or what cos he wasn't share anything with us until he passed away on 2015,now i find the beneficiary documents from his work so how can I claim it.
