Maternity uif paid but no money in my account
I have been applying for my maternity from last year June . February 2025 I was told by the manager when I enquired to submit the birth certificate, which I did. Days went by decided to call their call centre that's where I was told my funds where paid on the 17 february 2025. I have never received any funds on my capitec account even sent the bank statement to Jane and Mthokozisi but they decided to ghost me they no longer reply to my emails. They don't have answers as to how much was paid out and to which account was it paid to .I feel that they are failing as a branch ,their level of unprofessional is beyond this information is at their disposal so why cant they tell me. I have tried all accessible ways to communicate with them but as soon as they get my I'd number they never respond again This is very unfair to me as a person who is paying this uif my son is over 1year now and still I dont have any answers . Department of Labour Goodwood Office
Department of Employment & Labour-Satellite office Goodwood. I went to this office just yesterday 15th Nov 2023 and was appalled by the way people are spoken to and dealt with. This is supposed to be a place where people come to be helped with various claims that they need to make and first thing in the morning 7.30am starting with the first interaction that happened when one of the office ladies came out to sort out and collect papers from certain groups of people there was already the sense that this woman was in a bad mood. she came out and barked orders at the line she was not at all friendly but rather full of attitude and somewhat aggressive in her approach. when you try and ask a question you are ignored because it doesn't fall under whatever she is set out to deal with first. The Security Guard when I called out to try and get some clarity was just as rude and spoke to me like I was a nobody and even went so far as to tell me "why do you wait until I walk away from the gate to call me you make me come back when you could have come to me earlier" I was shocked because I was calling to him but he was not hearing me as he was just walking away ignoring my calls, but to be given such attitude from the security it was a WoW moment for me. Then when I go in with the security to just ask the question trying to make sure that what I need to do can be done at this department so that I don't wait in the wrong line or for nothing the woman inside the office was just as unfriendly abrupt she even rolled her eyes at me while I started to speak nonetheless I asked my question got an abrupt answer and I left. This, in my opinion, is supposed to be a service to us the people of the public and the people placed in these positions at the offices are supposed to be people friendly, there to want to help you, even if it's just with information but clearly this is not the case. I will never go back to Goodwood Department where the people are treated as if they are less than and undeserving of any kind of decent approach or service.

Maternity leave benefits
My Name is Martha Mahlangu id number :8004020359083 i have since applied for my maternity leave in March even now my son is 1yr old i have not received anything. Ex miner grant
Review on Labour: Ex-miner grant On 9 March 2020 I did my application to receive the ex miner grant as my late father was a miner. From there Covid delayed and then I returned on July 2021 and was told I should bring proof of relationship with the deceased and proof of schooling, I sent both things early September. And was instructed to come back on the 28th of September 2021, I did go and they said there is still no response and was told to come back again October 2021.

Hi can you please help me out,my father was working at Primer mine,his ID5003205512089 name K David Sello fro long time ago,then I didn't know his been retrenched or what cos he wasn't share anything with us until he passed away on 2015,now i find the beneficiary documents from his work so how can I claim it.

labour matters fraud and need to be adressed by the real labour department
they deffend small bussiness owners but the boss can treat you like **** and the boss dnt have to complie with the law or the osha act but if a employee stand up for them selfs they find the employe guilty and the owner who pays them for there services unguilty because they want to keep the busdiness relationship they are not fair they consults law by there own wishfull thinking they are corrupt and unlawfull on all grounds they are traitors to any employee i do not think any employee has one there case at labour matters they are a discrase to human kind labour matters we all are human we all have the right to fair siviliatation not according to your unhuman thouts of the standerds of employees but the bosses pay your wages so the employee can suffer according to you your bussiness needs to be reviewed by labour department and closed down you have no right to change the law accordingly to keep your clients you fraud and corrupted
