I have been applying for my maternity from last year June . February 2025 I was told by the manager when I enquired to submit the birth certificate, which I did. Days went by decided to call their call centre that's where I was told my funds where paid on the 17 february 2025. I have never received any funds on my capitec account even sent the bank statement to Jane and Mthokozisi but they decided to ghost me they no longer reply to my emails. They don't have answers as to how much was paid out and to which account was it paid to .I feel that they are failing as a branch ,their level of unprofessional is beyond this information is at their disposal so why cant they tell me. I have tried all accessible ways to communicate with them but as soon as they get my I'd number they never respond again This is very unfair to me as a person who is paying this uif my son is over 1year now and still I dont have any answers .
