I am done with Tracker SA, I called i have emailed and still nothing has been sorted you app and device are not working they dont speak to one another my son left college at 4pm today and yet my car according to you is still at the college. I wanted to talk to a managed but as expected I was blocked not put through to a manager so now a manager better pay attention. I was charged a fee of over R1000 to put my replacement car onto my account and install a tracking device in it, even thought I am an existing client of Tracker and the devise and app never worked properly for more than 1 or 2 days maximum without it glitching out on me. I called today trying to speak to management and no surprise they are never available especially for nagging clients. TRACKER CONNECT.... Deactivate your device cancel my account and DO NOT even think to try and charge me any contract cancellation fees or anything of that sort cos since I have had the device 24th January it never worked properly then a new device was installed in my vehicle Saturday 21st Feb and I have been lucky to have the app work correctly for 1 full day that was Sunday 22nd without glitching and today Monday we are back to the App not working it glitched out 4 times already what a waste of my time money and how very frustrating. I HAVE SENT SO MANY EMAILS with proof of all the glitches and the App not working and they keep reseting and every day twice a day its being reset and still im having endless issues and still no resolution and still no manager bothered to call to deal with my issues. This is the first Tracking company I have ever used and right now the worst service provider for me. I will find a better service provided Tracker Connect has let me down and left me no other choice after being with you for a year if not more. I am an Extremely frustrated and disappointed client

Department of Employment & Labour-Satellite office Goodwood. I went to this office just yesterday 15th Nov 2023 and was appalled by the way people are spoken to and dealt with. This is supposed to be a place where people come to be helped with various claims that they need to make and first thing in the morning 7.30am starting with the first interaction that happened when one of the office ladies came out to sort out and collect papers from certain groups of people there was already the sense that this woman was in a bad mood. she came out and barked orders at the line she was not at all friendly but rather full of attitude and somewhat aggressive in her approach. when you try and ask a question you are ignored because it doesn't fall under whatever she is set out to deal with first. The Security Guard when I called out to try and get some clarity was just as rude and spoke to me like I was a nobody and even went so far as to tell me "why do you wait until I walk away from the gate to call me you make me come back when you could have come to me earlier" I was shocked because I was calling to him but he was not hearing me as he was just walking away ignoring my calls, but to be given such attitude from the security it was a WoW moment for me. Then when I go in with the security to just ask the question trying to make sure that what I need to do can be done at this department so that I don't wait in the wrong line or for nothing the woman inside the office was just as unfriendly abrupt she even rolled her eyes at me while I started to speak nonetheless I asked my question got an abrupt answer and I left. This, in my opinion, is supposed to be a service to us the people of the public and the people placed in these positions at the offices are supposed to be people friendly, there to want to help you, even if it's just with information but clearly this is not the case. I will never go back to Goodwood Department where the people are treated as if they are less than and undeserving of any kind of decent approach or service.
