they deffend small bussiness owners but the boss can treat you like **** and the boss dnt have to complie with the law or the osha act but if a employee stand up for them selfs they find the employe guilty and the owner who pays them for there services unguilty because they want to keep the busdiness relationship they are not fair they consults law by there own wishfull thinking they are corrupt and unlawfull on all grounds they are traitors to any employee i do not think any employee has one there case at labour matters they are a discrase to human kind labour matters we all are human we all have the right to fair siviliatation not according to your unhuman thouts of the standerds of employees but the bosses pay your wages so the employee can suffer according to you your bussiness needs to be reviewed by labour department and closed down you have no right to change the law accordingly to keep your clients you fraud and corrupted
