LabourNet - Avoid them at all costs if you actually want HR done...

Where to even start, every time you actually need something done you get completely ignored, when I tried to cancel the agreement for poor service, they refused to cancel until the 12 month agreement was up, even then I am fighting with them to cancel the agreement. While dealing with a CCMA matter the correspondence from them was so poorly managed that I have just given up and accepted the outcome of the CCMA case, as Labour Net has proven they have NO intention of providing a service for which we are paying for.

If you are considering their services, look elsewhere.

The only time i have actually gotten a response within a few minutes is when I informed them I will be rating their service online. Stay clear of them at all costs.
