I ordered sneakers online and I chose the option to collect at a pargo pickup point,when I went to collect my parcel was missing the store did an investigation for 5 days ans the parcel was declared undelivered and I've been trying to call and email Lacoste SA for a way forward they are not replying to me,all I'm asking for is either a refund or my parcel please
