I bought Lacoste sneakers online, i bought powercourt winter outdoor ( color Black), after i received my order, i then decided no black is not the right color for me, i then send them an email request exchange, then they told me they don't do refund or exchange when u bought your item online, so I'm not sure if this is allowed 😔
