Purchased a pair of “leather” shoes. Past experience led me to believe it is quality products albeit expensive.
Leather started peeling off after my second time wearing the shoes. I tried contacting the national branch - no response, customer service emails were ignored.
Two months later I finally spoke to someone requesting a supervisor to speak to, response was; “I’m the manager” but consultant refused to give me his name.
They sent a courier to collect the shoes for assessment but concluded it as user damage where it is clearly a factory issue.
Unfortunate that the once luxury brand has declined to such a state.
