LADUMA SESHEGO

I bought the pressure pump from laduma seshego and it gave us problems and when we take it back to the store they tell us that they have to talk to supplier first who is not answering their calls.

I hate the fact that they want me to liaise with the supplier but I bought that machine from them. Sis This is a very bad customer service as a bought this from laduma not the supplier. They refuse with the refund and I am really struggling with water. Please assist with the refund. I hereby request people not to buy any electrical appliances from laduma because they are not responsible when the same gives you problems. And there is a lady who is blaming me for this machine not working I don't understand why I am blamed because I was just a customer supporting their shop There is a lady at the back with bad attitude who wants to blame me for that pressure pump machine when it is not working.

Now I am going to spend the whole weekend with no water.

I have spend more than R10 000 the last few months supporting them now they treat me that way. Even the manager doesn’t help with anything, I don’t understand what kind of a man he is cuz when the supplier deliver bad service to them they just have to cut a relationship with them so that they can save serve their customers with better service. Mxm now I have to search my pocket and buy another somewhere else
