Lady michaelis horrible service

I would not recommend this clinic to anyone. 1.It takes forever to get hold of someone if you call because nobody answers NOT EVEN RECEPTION! Or any other department. When I did get through to the reception they would either transfer me to another department and then the call would get disconnected. I spoke to the manager and she sounded very irritated. I asked her if the nurse could call me back once she was in and she abruptly replied" She must, I don't deal with that". I eventually got a call back from them and came in to see the nurse.For an entire hour n a half I was up and down looking for the nurse as she was not in her room. I asked a young lady for assistance and instead of helping me she began to question why I was here and if I really needed to be here etc. I took my referral letter from her and went back to the entrance where the kind lady did my screening. She did the best she could to find the nurse I was looking for. I just sat outside feeling like I was just verbally abused by a staff member. I was then told to go back to the room of the nurse because she would be there now. On arrival I got close to her room and I heard a big commotion. The nurse I've been trying to get hold of for more than 3weeks is finally back from her leave so now she still has the audacity to go and greet all her colleagues first and makes sure she gets heard when she says that she NEEDS TO EAT NOW! IT'S 9.30AM ONLY! she should've started working at 7. The time I got here! I go in to show her that I am waiting and she looks at me with a straight face n says "You must wait, it's my first day back" I then tell her it's fine I'll give her a few minutes to settle in.. (not forgetting its 9.30 already and she's 2 and a half hours late) I go back to the waiting room and I hear her sarcastically telling her colleagues that this year she will be working on her time n no1 is going to tell her what to do. She doesn't do emergencies so why must she rush her job! I was so shocked to hear a professional say that. Someone who we rely on to assist us in times of need. If you don't have a passion for your job then don't do it! I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC TO ANYONE, PERIOD!!
