Lady Secreto No Service, No Deliveries

I have 2 ordered placed of which I have not received anything. See attached email I received regarding contacting them.

Lady Secreto has provided us with information and contact people you can liase with to obtain your refund and to communicate any other order queries.

The only number I could get through is the last number in which the man advised me he use to work for them and see what he can do for me. He also said that they are busy with the attorneys and people advising what to do.

I just want my money back.
