I had a nasty experience with the Inverter I bought in December 2024. Within 3 months the unit has broken 2 times. When I requested for a refund the lady by the name Lali Moodley told me they will not refund me. The lame excuse given I could only claim for refund within 30 days after purchase. They have a 12 month warranty policy. How can you ask for refund if something is working. But within 90 days the unit broke 2 times. This company is a **** and the people working there ate unreasonable. How much does it cost them to fix the battery/unit? It can easily be R4000 with is the same price when you buy the unit. If the Inverter breaks every second month, and still within the 1 year warranty the company will loose R24000 in a year. Please Lali and Management of Lalela company refund my money and collect your unit ASAP. I will also expose the company to all social media platforms of the unfair treatment to customers. I have read all the reviews and nothing good is written/said about the company. my money or I'm exposing you.
