Lalela inverter disappointing

I am so disappointed in the product. I bought the inverter in December and Under 6 months the battery life has started deteriorating. I can only do less than hour of TV time and plugging in my laptop. I have sent an email and have gotten no response from the team.

Its highly disappointing to buy a local product and get such terrible service.
