Poor Service

Very unprofessional. I experienced a general lack of communication and an inability to follow through on commitments or manage expectations from this company. I kept having to call them to follow up on progress and each time promises were made to no avail. Meeting requests were sent on short notice with no prior communication on time and/or venue.

“We have other cases too so we don’t have time” is not an excuse. Don’t take on more work than you can deliver on.

(To be fair, I wasn’t the one paying for the service but they definitely fall short in professionalism. The person I spoke to on the phone even had the actual client’s name wrong)
