I wrote a review in last year about this company. They took all the educators monies and the goods was never delivered. Up until now nothing was done about it. No reply on the previous reviews were dealt with.

i entered into and agreement with company called master cook which later on changed to la-montage. The company is selling pots we where told to pay then our things will come when we complete full payment for the items. I payed 8500 with monthly installments of 250 from 2016 debited from my account. this year march they stopped debiting from my account and i made and inquiry as to why did they stop they said i need to pay the balance and they will send my things in three weeks time they gave me their bank account and i transferred the balance which was 2499 into the given accoun***** been more that two months now still have not received my items when i try to call them,they are not picking up my calls.

I have bought goods at Brilliant Cook (Lamontage) when it has visited at our organisation. I managed to pay them their whole amount (R8000) in three years. In August I called them to deliver my goods because I have finished paying for them. They sent me a message that they are experiencing a delay in deliveries. Lately their phones are no more working, its only an answering machine. It has been two months now that I have been trying to contact them. I really do not understand how such a big company can extort money from poor people and run away without a trace. Please someone help us. Their numbers are ********** and ********** , untraceable.
