Shocking Conduct - Avoid at all cost

Shocking quality of workmanship from this company for replacement of roof, as well as shocking attitude from Leon Olivier who acts as broker for his service provider and shocking attitude of service provider. The roof is in much worse condition than before they arrived on site, has to be redone entirely. No supervision on site, when forced to come to site the "service provider" shows up smelling from alcohol & does not see sheets that have not been *****ed down. They look you in the face & lie about installation of insulation as quoted, overlap of sheets inadequate, waterproofing not applied as per manufacturers instruction (number of coats applied & curing time) & subsequently failed completely. Total lack of coordinating, organizing & control of workers on site. Property owner has to organize & then is verbally abused & insulted by the broker.
