Shocking service from Refcon caused damage
Refcon based in Hopefield who did service on 2 aircons and within a few days both aircons stopped working; with refrigerant pressure error, condensation pump stopped working & pc board error. They were very eager to replace with new aircons... Refcon Technician Chaslin while on site complained heavily about treatment from his employer and remuneration shortfall and how it angers him and bragged that he takes clients away from his employer. RefCON owner Andries Botha takes no responsibility. Recipe for disaster.

Agent sends Menace Applicator to your site & supports his lies
Neil Cloete (Spectrum Consulting) is the official Western Cape Cemcrete Agent for the area, who sent to my site an unruly menace who could not even organize the correct color to be app**** as quoted (Applicator Nico Rheeder). Cloete supported the lies of the Applicator re the color, knew that the correct color was not in stock. Requests to Cloete to send another Applicator were answered with letting the Menace Applicator finish. Neil Cloete also negates manufacturer's instructions for surface preparation and application by endorsing the opinion that instructions are to be followed or ignored as the Applicator wishes. Failure of the surface of this type of product is known to result from improper surface preparation & application. Neil Cloete still insisted on this Applicator be again allowed on site after receiving full report of unruly conduct with audio extracts from surveillance footage and asked that Client does not check on work being done. What kind of business is this ?

Extremely Unprofessional Horror Show
Nico Rheeder is Extremely Unprofessional, more interested in snooping on property than executing a good job, photographs things on client property and is highly verbally abusive, including threatening to slap client. Workers constantly ask to borrow equipment due to lack of organization, grab anything they want around the property and make videos on property and ask to be served coffee. No care is taken to keep the light-colored product clean. Nico Rheeder is the official applicator of Cemcrete for the area, but he negates manufacturer's surface preparation and application instructions by saying these can be left out as and when he feels. These guys on site is a complete horror show; like babysitting menace toddlers.

Very Unprofessional & Sloppy Contractor
What a disappointment and unpleasant experience: Cemcrete HQ put me in contact with their WP Agent based in Cape Town, who gave me the name of his Cretecote Applicator for the area, Nico Rheeder, who quoted a lot of money for doing a white shower. I was confident that it will be worth it because Cemcrete supp**** me with detailed surface preparation and product application instructions. I assumed that these instructions will be adhered to by the Contractor as the official Applicator for Cemcrete. The instructions were nearly entirely ignored & dismissed as guidelines. Bad surface preparation witnessed, specifically dust & debris removal prior to application of products. The result is that the surface failed (formed small dark holes resembling black mould even before application of sealants). The color is not white as quoted due to lack of enough white product and due to lack of lite surface protection. Questions for explanation are met with aggression, insults & abuse. Highly unprofessional behaviour from Rheeder onsite who lacks respect for Client & is more interested in snooping inside the house & running around outside making unauthorised photographs. A report of contractor conduct was sent to Cape Town for corrective action. Cape Town and Rheeder both agreed that it needs to be redone. Actual resolution is awaited...

Shocking Conduct - Avoid at all cost
Shocking quality of workmanship from this company for replacement of roof, as well as shocking attitude from Leon Olivier who acts as broker for his service provider and shocking attitude of service provider. The roof is in much worse condition than before they arrived on site, has to be redone entirely. No supervision on site, when forced to come to site the "service provider" shows up smelling from alcohol & does not see sheets that have not been *****ed down. They look you in the face & lie about installation of insulation as quoted, overlap of sheets inadequate, waterproofing not applied as per manufacturers instruction (number of coats applied & curing time) & subsequently failed completely. Total lack of coordinating, organizing & control of workers on site. Property owner has to organize & then is verbally abused & insulted by the broker.

WOOLWORTHS LANGEBAAN Does NOT welcome customer at their entrance
On 13 May 2022 just after 14:00 I drove all the way to Woolworths Langebaan because Woolworths West Coast Mall didn't have any of the products I was looking for. I walked in the entrance of the store, there was nobody visible at the entrance & I looked at the products virtually blocking the way. Then I hear several people shouting & making a racket, so I looked what was going on. A guy shouted at me that I HAVE TO sanitize. I was totally taken by surprise at the animosity & asked him if it is really so. I expected him to say sorry, but that's our policy, but his reply was IF YOU DON"T SANTITIZE YOU CAN'T ENTER THE STORE. I said maybe I should just go then, again expecting him to apologize for his aggressive tone, but he said nothing, just stared at me as if ready to arrest me. So I left, seeing that I didn't feel like spending hundreds of Rands at a shop where they cannot welcome you, or speak to you in a respectful manner. It is not a law to sanitize; it's a law to wear a mask, which I was. Also, we all know about the bogus sanitizer flooding us, causing damage to your skin & system. Can Woolworths Langebaan provide batch details of the manufacturer, usage instructions, storage at their premises ? Also, entrance etiquette dictates that you stand ready to greet customers as they walk up to the entrance, NOT to shout at them from behind AFTER they entered the store.

Rename ARK Roofing Waterproofing to Titanic
Ark Roofing / Waterproofing Head Office led by Raymond Douglas & Franchisee Ryan Potts initially made a fairly good impression, until the 70% deposit was paid to Ryan for removal of asbestos sheets & replacing with metal. First day he arrived late on site, did not want to speak to the property owner & did not organize key equipment to execute the job. Ryan displayed NO respect for client, his team is negligent during operations and handle problems arising on site by denying their liability and resorting to insulting the property owner. Ryan plays on his phone mostly while on site instead of checking on the quality of workmanship of his workers and responds to immediately problems by saying that he didnt notice it, when you show him hard evidence he then says oh Im sorry & goes right back to as if it never happened; their narcissistic ways aim to prove that they are prepared to urinate on your roof (carefully pick a place where the urine stands) despite you hiring toilet facilities for them. They drop heavy object on glass hob & say nothing; when you confront them they say somebody else could have done it (?!). They dump rubble on expensive garage doors and do not bother to clean it up, but run the doors over the dirty tracks; you have to stand next to them to insist they clean up; like dealing with toddlers. They manhandle new roofsheets to scratch off the coating until you can see the raw metal; they overtighten the roofing *****s to ruin the rubber seal and cause the roofing caps to not fit; when you query this the response is that the seals are not necessary, on the coast (!!). When they remove asbestos sheets they break some to make it easier for themselves, against regulations that stipulate you are not permitted to break the sheets. When you ask them if any sheets broke they say no none. This was captured on video. The franchisee Ryan Potts does not conduct safety meetings on site as required; when you insist it is done, he does a fake meeting, keeping his voice down so you cant hear what he says. EMAIL SALES DISHONEST BUSINESS
This company sends emails of goods they "sell"; you pay, they never deliver and have an extensive scheme of messing you around so you keep thinking they will ship. Watch out, they trade under different names: Special-Products, Buziness Adverts, Red Devil and keep coming up with new ones, but the format is always the same. Do NOT be fooled.

Do not buy from this company; they trade under different names i.e BuzinessAdverts, special-products, Red Devil trading; their slogan: WE DO THINGS DIFFERENTLY. How ? They take you money and do NOT ship your goods, but have n elaborate scheme of excuses. DO NOT BUY FROM ANY OF THESE
