Not what was expected
Beware of this company! They refuse to give results if not through a doctor. This removes my freedom of choice to discuss results with other medical practitioners

26 May 2026, 14:09Not true at all, I requested my results to be available on the app, I was informed that Lancet can only send it to the doctor. I have the app, I can see all my previous tests done, but your call center guy refused to advise why I cannot see my results on the app. I did not take the call center guy name, but the call was made 12:45 today (26/05). I was to furious to discuss any further as he wanted me to speak to the doctor. I am sure the call must have been recorded from your side. Please note this is a private reply for now
