Never go there, these guys have guards with assault rifle guns at the guns to check your slip. Really intimidating. You are treated like a criminal. I will never go back there
I bought a Shark S900C helmet about a year ago, the helmet has a 5 year waranty, so I recon it must be good...I was wrong. After a year the inner padding started cracking. I decided to return it to World of Accessories as the waranty is 5 years. Just over a week after handing it in I heard nothing so called them, spoke to Wellington who informed me it was repaired I must come fetch. A day later I drove there, only to find out that absolutely nothing had been done to my helmet, nothing was repaired. Then after discussion I found that the helmet had never even been given to the importers! Then this Wellington tells me the damage is due to wear and tear.... how can a cracking inner lining be wear and tear. <br> So, please know....choose your helmet supplier well, don't bother with World of accessories (seemingly now being called \Riders"). I cant believe that this seeming reputable company will drag the good name of Shark through the mud like this"""
I complained on Hello Peter, and this company came back to me in good time. They made arrangements to repair their mistakes, and kept to the arranged date. Good work for KBG, and good work Hello Peter. Now if we can just get KBG to understand that the customer is always right, and that the customer must get what he wants (or paid for) and not be a smart ass about it......
I contracted this company to change ownership for me for a vehicle I gave to my daughter as a present. This was done in November 2014. By April 2015 Ian (The branch manager) notified me that they had lost my original registration certificate! They requested me to complete forms so they may obtain a new registration certificate. In May 2015 they inform us, that they cannot obtain the documents, and that it is now become my problem to get the documents.
