Lancewood double cream plain yoghurt is not lactose free as claimed on the label
I bought Lancewood double cream plain yoghurt with a notation that it is Lanctose Free. Yet, the ingredients include full cream milk, pasteurised cream and lactase emzyme. This seems to be a **** as the lactase is surely derived from lactose. Secondly, how can they claim that milk and cream have no lactose in them?

Please rest assured that we validate our product with the necessary laboratory testing to ensure it can be labelled as ‘lactose free’, and to ensure we adhere to the prescribed limits stipulated by legislation.
