I have just had an amazing experience with Land Rover Bedfordview. My Freelander went in on Monday for a 7 year service which included a cam belt replacement. The service was to take 3 days. Due to load shedding they were not able to complete within the 3 days but to compensate they gave me a hefty discount. They also kept me up to date with the delays. Hats off to Marcelle Hattingh for her excellent service.

A very good new and used car dealership. Nice central location which is easily accessible. There are a wide range of vehicles in stock. The staff are professional and very helpful. I was offered assistance as soon as I arrived. There is also secure parking on the premises. Worth visiting if interested in purchasing a new or used car.

I purchased a new Land Rover Discovery Sport from Land Rover Bedfordview on 20 June 2020. I paid the settlement on the existing Land Rover Discovery 4 financed with Land Rover Financial Services, as well as the cost of the new Land Rover Discovery Sport less tradein in full to Land Rover Bedfordview on 20 June 2020. To date two debit orders for R9,039.21 for the old vehicle have continued to be deducted from my bank account on 1 July 2020 and again on 1 August 2020. I am also still waiting for licence and registration and InControl vehicle activation a month later.

i have bought a used 2010 range rover sport from landrover bedfordview and i noticed some few defects which the salesman agreed to fix and i gave them time and two weeks later they called me all the way from east london to collect the vehicle, when i arrived at their so called dealership none of the items were fixed and i was told to take the vehicle and get quotes from east london, they will pay for them, i then signed the contract and drove back to east london, as i was approaching the Beyers Naudes off ramp i noticed a strange sound coming from the rear of the vehicle, pulled off and called Bongani the salesman and he advised i should carry on and i did and it happened to be the rear differential and i returned the vehicle back to them a week later and asked them to cancel the deal and peter de klerk the manager refused even now i have a case pending , bongani said they cant afford to fix the differential because its gonna be a loss to them but his manager is forcing me to take the vehicle regardless, that was now back in august31 2017, and the vehicle is still with them ever since and the finance house is demanding their money from me and am refusing to pay and i will not pay..because i went and bought another suv somewhere and am paying for that one hassle free...that is the treatment i have recieved from Landrover Bedfordview, and that is going to affect my very good credit record negatively, i will never do business with Landrover Bedfordview nor recommend them to any of my family members, nor friends, even my worst enemy for that matter... they are so shrude,ruthless and heartless, i have been through hell because of them well am still going through hell even now though... i have part ways with a lot of money trying to resolve this matter, i even got LANDROVER SA onboard and even them they could not resolve anything being a mother company i thought they would come with a solution to this and they were so useless and i had to be the one chasing after when they promised to get back to me... well i trust that Landrover Bedfordview will bump on this publication and take a step back and think if you are conducting your business the way it should or you just want to make money or choose to make money over long term good relationship with your clients...
